Debbie Rennie

Debbie

Debbie is an experienced marketing professional with over 15 years’ specialising in strategic marketing for business growth and recognition. Supporting SMEs across a range of sectors Debbie has worked with corporate, consumer and non-profit organisations identifying and delivering successful marketing programmes.

With an honours degree in Business Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing with distinction Debbie is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is passionate about communication and is an NLP practitioner.

Charlie Innes

Charlie

Charlie started the business 16 years ago having worked for an Aberdeen agency for a number of years. He has over 50 years’ experience in advertising, marketing and promotion.

Using his knowledge of the world of advertising and promotions, Charlie has developed successful integrated marketing campaigns throughout the oil and gas, renewable energy, retail, trade and industry sectors. His clients describe him as a “knowledgeable, dedicated professional” whose “manner and demeanour create a real sense of trust”.

Gordon Charlton

Gordon

Gordon is an experienced business development professional and commercial manager. He initially trained and practiced as an organisational psychologist and is able to bring those skills into business and marketing.

 Driven by curiosity he’s able to get to the heart of an organisation, drawing out their purpose and aligning this with marketing strategies.

He is a father of 5, a keen cyclist and enjoys motorcycle touring, especially in the Alps!
