Debbie
Debbie is an experienced marketing professional with over 15 years’ specialising in strategic marketing for business growth and recognition. Supporting SMEs across a range of sectors Debbie has worked with corporate, consumer and non-profit organisations identifying and delivering successful marketing programmes.
With an honours degree in Business Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing with distinction Debbie is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is passionate about communication and is an NLP practitioner.
Charlie
Charlie started the business 16 years ago having worked for an Aberdeen agency for a number of years. He has over 50 years’ experience in advertising, marketing and promotion.
Using his knowledge of the world of advertising and promotions, Charlie has developed successful integrated marketing campaigns throughout the oil and gas, renewable energy, retail, trade and industry sectors. His clients describe him as a “knowledgeable, dedicated professional” whose “manner and demeanour create a real sense of trust”.
Cara O'Brien
As a Digital Marketing Masters graduate Cara believes that with a curious, and determined mindset you can achieve outstanding results. (She’ not wrong!) There is no such thing as “can’t” in her eyes! The creative process is exhilarating from start to finish – a reason she loves it!
Cara is kickstarting her career as Communications & Marketing Assistant with Instinct. She supports the team to deliver value-driven creative results. From scheduling engaging content for clients, researching the latest trends, and maintaining good working relationships with clients and colleagues, Cara is here to listen and to ensure all your needs and expectations are met to a high standard.
Sally Wallis
Sally is a copywriter with over 10 years’ experience writing for clients across a range of sectors including Energy, Technology, Conservation, Tourism, Hospitality and Health. Prior to this she spent over five years working in science writing, public relations and corporate communications.
With a BSc in Geophysics and an MSc in Science Communication, Sally thrives on the challenge of turning technical material into accessible reading for a range of audiences, as well as the variety of writing her job allows – from cyber security to Highland dancing, no two days are ever the same!
